What a treat! When I arrived Park Board Commissioner Vivian Mason was giving a tour of the Pavilion that included a behind the scenes look at the kitchen, which was a masterful display of organization and assembly of food preparation. I stood in line to put in my order at the window where I used to order ice cream cones. I ordered the Mini Tin Fish Sandwich for $1.99 and got more than I have ever eaten for that amount anywhere. It was grilled cod on a toasted bun with mayonnaise or tarter sauce. Just delicious.
